an eye-dropper there, coming up with this blend, from 11 vineyards in the Central Coast appellation -- 57 percent grenache, 18 percent grenache blanc, 9 mourvèdre, 6 roussanne, 5 percent each carignane and cinsault. These were, as he says, "bespoke grapes,"…
