I seldom drink brown spirits, and when I do, it’s usually in the form of the cocktail called Paper Plane. That concoction is composed of equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino and lemon juice, so even here the brown spirit comprises only 25 percent of the whole. Well, amaro is also brown, but you get the point.
