Merry Edwards founded her eponymous winery in 1997, after achieving a reputation for her winemaking talents at Mount Eden, where she worked closely with consultant Richard Graff; as founding winemaker at Matanzas Creek; and as a consultant for dozens of producers. Merry Edwards Vineyards makes pinot noir and sauvignon blanc wines, from certified sustainable vineyards, in a facility operated by solar power; the wines are suitable for vegans.
