Troon Vineyard's Druids for 2024

Troon Vineyard, located in southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley, is certified bio-dynamic and certified regenerative. Winemaker Nate Wall uses no new oak barrels, utilizes only native yeasts in fermentation and minimal techniques in the cellar; the wines are vegan-friendly. Grape varieties are primarily Rhône Valley and South of France -- among them vermentino, marsanne, viognier and roussanne for whites; syrah and grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, carignan for reds. Notice the omissions: No chardonnay or sauvignon blanc; no cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir or zinfandel.
