Flora Springs: Current Releases of Soliloquy & Trilogy

The top of the line...

Today we look at the flagship wines from Napa Valley's Flora Springs Winery, the white blend called Soliloquy and the red blend called Trilogy. This pair rests atop a diverse line-up of wines that includes special bottlings, single-vineyard wines, more typical productions at the everyday level and commemorative releases. The first vintage of Trilogy was 1984; the first release of Soliloquy was the 1989. These are serious, thoughtfully made wines that demand attention and, in the case of Trilogy, some aging.
