Domaine Bousquet: Four Cabernet Sauvignons from Mendoza's Uco Valley

All organic and one is kosher.

Today, we look at four versions of cabernet sauvignon wines made by Domaine Bousquet, whose estate lies at 4,000 feet elevation in the foothills of the Andes, in Tupungato, in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, just where Argentina’s arid uplands nudge Chile. The grapes for these wines were farmed using organic methods.
