O.K., friends, no one except collectors and fanatics for cabernet sauvignon is going to run out and buy the wines from a winery where even the “entry-level” example costs $95. That’s the first model in this roster. The other three cost $250 each. You can stop reading at this point if you want to, but I’ll say that the wines from Del Dotto Vineyards are fascinating, complex, delicious, even educational, while being, it’s true, priced somewhat grandiosely.
